小儿疝气能自愈？医生：这些情况必须手术！
小孩疝气不易被发现
孩子年龄小，无法表达，这就要求家长多注意观察，特别对于新生儿，由于平时包裹得比较严实，所以发生疝气家长不易发觉。
小儿疝气最主要的表现就是在腹股沟或阴囊口附近出现包块，一般无痛无痒。仔细的家长会发现，当孩子哭闹、活动时包块变大，孩子安静以后包块就会消失。疝气一旦发生嵌顿，孩子会因肠道梗阻出现腹痛、哭闹、烦躁、呕吐、腹胀等表现。如果家长发现孩子无原因或突然出现哭闹、烦躁、呕吐、腹胀等症状，就应立即检查孩子的腹股沟是否有包块，医院检查。
家长别擅自推迟手术时间
1岁以前的小儿疝气有自愈的可能性，但这种可能性非常小。很多疝气患儿家长不愿意给孩子手术，主要是寄希望于自愈。另外一些家长担心孩子小、不能承受手术，想等孩子长大些再手术。其实，疝气患儿是否需要手术，应由医生决定，家长不能擅自推迟孩子的手术，以免发生嵌顿等严重后果。目前，治疗小儿疝气的最佳手段是进行疝囊高位截扎手术，整个手术操作简单，创伤小，安全性高，效果好，10~15分钟即可完成。术后，患儿一周左右就可以恢复。
